JOINTS CONNECTED

  • Screw Type - devices that are 1 inch/25 mm or less

  • Flange Type - devices that are 1.25 inches/32 mm and larger

  • Damaged ends (joints) should not be joined

  • Joining of pipes should be done by the insertion of the spigot part into pipe socket

  • Rubber rings or gaskets should not twisted when inserted

  • Align shaft center and add lubricating agent so as to avoid twisting rubber ring and gasket and insert them into desired position

    METAL PIPES

  • Typically, joining of pipes should be achieved by welding

  • Multi-joint fitting can be done according to the situation and with professional analysis

  • Should be fastened using insulated bolts to prevent corrosion

    PLASTIC PIPES

  • Prime both the pipe and flange with primer before applying glue

  • Allow sufficient time for glue to dry
